Day 6: Yay…there’s pee

Lukie is doing better then yesterday. He is starting to become like his old self. He’s wanting to get out and play. He wants to walk everywhere. He’s been walking a little when we have his “legs” on him. Tonight he has been peeing like crazy. He is starting to hold his bladder until we get outside. He did it twice tonight. I was so excited when he was peeing outside by himself, its very good news. We have pushed the therapy today and I’m hoping tomorrow we will push it even harder, do it every 3 hours for 5-10 minutes. The more therapy we give, the sooner he will get strength in his legs so he can walk!!! More pictures…from last night…little drugged…

Day 5: First Full Day

Lucas is doing very well. At the hospital they had a hard time getting him to pee, and here at home…gee…pee everywhere. Which is good. He just needs to learn to control it. He has “legs” which is like a red sling that goes under his butt and he knows when thats on him, he needs to go “more potty”. His therapy is doing well, he gets very tired after about 5 mins. He’s standing on his legs by himself longer and longer each day. I have a few pictures I took today…
